Since I was a little boy, I’ve been fascinated by the guitar. When I was introduced to the music of Jimi Hendrix, I was certain that I wanted to learn how to play the guitar. After years of taking lessons, I went on to study at the Rock Academy in Tilburg, where I received lessons from Ronald Seerden and Menno Gootjes.

I have been teaching for several years now, playing in two bands, and working as a freelancer. In lessons, I consider technique an important aspect, but what I find equally important is fun. After all, we play guitar because we think it’s amazing! Students can also indicate what they would like to learn to play, keeping the lessons interesting and ensuring a fun lesson.
