Hello, my name is Pedro. I’m a pianist from Portugal, now based in Amsterdam.

I started playing the piano at the age of ten and received eleven years of classical training. During that time, I took part in various competitions, won prizes, and performed at venues across Portugal. I’m currently studying jazz at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, which gives me the opportunity to take part in a wide range of projects, including my own. I’ve been active on the music scene for several years, performing at leading venues throughout the Netherlands.

My lessons are centred around the student. I want to understand what you hope to achieve, what draws you to the piano, and how I can best support your development. I welcome all genres, from jazz and classical to pop and singer-songwriter music. If you’re interested in writing your own music, I’d also be delighted to help you develop your compositions.

I hope to see you soon at Muziekcentrum Logblock!

Best wishes, Pedro
